Any Loan Product or Product Scheme
Supports loan products for both Retail and Commercial lines of business, including Current Accounts, Fixed Term Installment loans, Mortgage, and Credit Cards. Multiple products may be originated in a single application to support "product schemes."

Multiple Collateral Options per Loan
Including guarantees, vehicles, cash guarantee accounts, fixed deposit accounts, pledge of shares, pledge of debentures, mortgages, assignment life insurance policies, floating/fixed charge, pledge of goods, etc. An unlimited number of collateral can be included in each loan application.

Local Credit Reporting
Can optionally, integrate with a local credit reporting agency in order to automatically load debt information into the application including payment history and credit score information. Plus integration with a credit reporting agency automatically calculates appropriate ratios and credit information is stored as received from the credit reporting agency to ensure proper auditability.

Automated Decisioning
Optional Decisioning Rules provide the ability to enter bank credit guidelines to generate a recommended decision, with the analysis presented in the Underwriting process. Decisioning Rules include variables for each loan category, plus parameters that may be updated at any time and/or integrated with a credit reporting agency or custom score card.

Work Flow Management
Manages the movement of applications electronically, throughout the loan process (origination through post closing), between departments and/or locations - ideal for institutions where the decision-making process incorporates multiple locations. Also tracks the current location of the file and secures the application from being updated while under review at another location.

Document Set
A dynamic document preparation engine is fully integrated with UK LOS+, data-mapping the appropriate fields within the system to each document and establishing the rule base by which each document should appear in each print list. Supports a wide range of languages and documents that may be generated for any country.
