Supports a full range of loan products for both Retail and Commercial lines of business, including Current Accounts, Fixed Term Installment
loans, Mortgage, and Credit Cards. Multiple products may be originated in a single application to support "product schemes."
Multiple Collateral Options per Loan
Including personal and corporate guarantees, vehicles, cash guarantee accounts, fixed deposit accounts, notice accounts, pledge of shares,
pledge of debentures, mortgages, assignment life insurance policies, floating charge, fixed charge, pledge of goods, assignments of
rents/payments/contracts, etc., plus an unlimited number of collateral can be included in each loan application.
Local Credit Reporting
Can optionally, integrate with a local credit reporting agency in order to automatically load into the application debt information, payment
history and credit score information for each borrower. Plus integration with a credit reporting agency automatically calculates appropriate
ratios for each borrower or group, and credit information is stored as received from the credit reporting agency to ensure proper audit.
Automated Decisioning
Optional Decisioning Rules provide the ability to enter bank credit guidelines to generate a recommended decision, with the analysis presented
in the Underwriting processes. Decisioning Rules include variables for each loan category, plus parameters that may be updated at any time
and/or integrated with a credit reporting agency or custom score card.
Work Flow Management
Manages the movement of applications electronically between departments and/or locations - ideal for institutions where the decision-making
process incorporates multiple locations. Also tracks the current location of the file and secures the application from being updated while
under review at another location.

Based upon product, applicant, collateral and key loan parameters, International LOS+ dynamically determines the required document set for
each loan, and in each process (Application, Underwriting, Closing, etc.); full document preparation is completed within the system
- Directed Screen Flow
International LOS+ automatically presents information that is required to complete each loan application, from the correct borrower set up
through credit and collateral information; directed screen flow reduces processing and facilitates user-training and cross-training requirements

Client CIF Record & Diary that maintains customer information and transaction histories, allowing you to establish and track your relationships

- Financial Spreadsheet Analysis
Facilitates the completion of the Financial Analysis of the company either via a built in financial analysis engine or by integration to

delivering sales performance reports; marketing reports for cross-sales and promotional planning; audit reporting; and work measurement
reports to monitor and improve efficiency across your entire lending process.

- Third-Party Integration with service providers including property registries, appraisal providers, insurance companies, credit
repositories, etc. can be configured with International LOS+
- Fax Server and E-Doc Delivery to improve delivery time and customer experience
- eImaging to "go paperless" by using document imaging and eSignatures to eliminate the inefficiencies associated with the
movement and storage of paper files, features include:
- Link scanned documents from third parties to the loan file within the International LOS+
